Fill in an interactive form

Open the PDF form.

Select the Hand tool , and click options, such as radio buttons or check boxes, or click inside a text field, and type the appropriate information.

Press Tab to move forward or Shift+Tab to move backward among the form fields.

When you are finished filling out the appropriate fields, click the submit form button, if one exists, and print the form if desired.
