Indicate final approval of a document

If you are the last person required to approve a PDF document, select I Am The Final Approver in the dialog box that appears after you apply your stamp. You may select an option to save, print, or send the approved PDF document. When you select any of these options, the approval workflow is complete, and your stamp can no longer be deleted or edited.
