Use digital identity stamps to approve a document

A digital identity stamp is a tool that you apply to PDF documents in an approval workflow. Digital identity stamps are located in the Stamps palette, which appears when you open a PDF document that requires your approval. When you select a digital identity stamp, you are prompted to provide your identity information. Type your name, title, company name, organization abbreviation, and email address the way you want it to appear.

To approve the document, click in the PDF document with the digital identity stamp selected. Acrobat prompts you to send the approved document to the next approver or return the approved document to the approval initiator.
