Indicate text edits |
Text-edit comments indicate which text should be inserted, deleted, or replaced. The Commenting toolbar includes the Indicate Text Edits tool and a pop-up menu with other text-editing options.

On the Commenting toolbar, choose Text Edits > Indicate Text Edits, and then do any of the following: |

Click between words where you want to add text, and begin typing. An insertion caret appears, and the text is added to a pop-up window. |
Select text, and press Backspace or Delete. The text is marked in cross-out to indicate that it should be deleted. |

Select text, and begin typing. Selected text is marked in cross-out, and the inserted text appears in a pop-up window. |

Select text, and then choose Highlight Selected Text or Underline Selected Text from the Text Edits menu. |
In Acrobat 7.0 Professional and Standard for Windows, you can export text edits to a Microsoft Word document.
