Add checkmarks and comment status

You can mark comments with a checkmark for your own personal use, such as to indicate which comments you have looked at. This way, you can show or hide comments based on whether they have checkmarks. To communicate the status of comments to other reviewers, use the review status settings (None, Accepted, Rejected, Cancelled, or Completed); checkmarks aren’t visible to other reviewers.

	Select the Hand tool  .
	Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) the comment, and then do one of the following:
	Choose Mark With Checkmark to add a checkmark to the comment. Choose Set Status, and then select a status.
