Receive comments from an email-based review |
Reviewers send their comments to you in an email attachment. When you open this attachment, a dialog box appears, asking if you want to merge the comments to your tracked PDF document. If you click Yes, your copy of the PDF document opens and the reviewer’s comments are placed onto it. If you click No, Open This Copy Only, the reviewer’s copy opens.
To manage comments more easily, merge the reviewer’s comments to your tracked PDF document. If you later decide that you don’t want to include the comments in your copy, you can easily hide or delete them by using options in the Comments List.
This feature is not available if you use Acrobat or Adobe Reader in a browser window.
