Participate in an email-based review

After you open the attached PDF document, save it to a convenient location on your hard drive.

Use tools from the Commenting toolbar to add comments.

Note: You can open and close the Commenting toolbar by clicking the Comment & Review task button.

After you have added comments, click the Send Comments button on the Commenting toolbar to email the document with your comments to the review initiator.

If necessary, switch to your email application to finish sending the message.

To make additional comments, reopen the copy you saved to your hard drive, add your comments, and click Send Comments again.
